Hello and welcome to Lisa Cochran Homes! I hope that you find the info provided to you as the perfect introduction to who I am and what services I offer to my clients. I specialize in areas of the North Metro area. Other areas are available upon client request. I am a member of the Northwest Metro Association of Realtors and Atlanta Communities.
I have several passions, two of which are people and real estate. After working in the medical industry for years, I realized that I needed to make a change. I needed something that would allow me to be flexible for my family, but also pair my compassion for helping people with my obsession for real estate. What can I say, I love searching for homes! As an agent I take my God given gift of compassion and the desire to help others and apply it alongside my real estate knowledge. This allows me to provide a personalized, genuine customer service experience for my clients while also working hard to navigate the dynamics of buying or selling a home. When I am not closing real estate deals, I spend my time with my family, friends and pets. I have a wonderful husband of 14 years and 3 beautiful daughters. I love being outdoors and enjoy taking hikes, exercising, and traveling. The beach is my favorite place besides home! I am a member of the Lions Club as well as Crosspoint City Church.
